Step #1: Avoid Sunlight
Keep capped bottles out of direct sunlight. We also recommended storing them indoors where it is cool or room temperature to avoid structural damage to the bottle.
Step #2: Keep Clean and Sanitize
Always sterilize your bottles before use and we recommend cleaning every 6 - 8 week with 1 gallon of tap water mixed with a half cup of vinegar or baking soda.
Step #3: Rinse
After shaking the mixture vigorously, let it stand for 3 minutes. Empty the mixture and rinse well. Let the inside of the bottle dry before refilling and recapping.
Step #4: Inspect
Take the time to look around the bottle for damages or leaks. Be sure you're using BPA-Free bottles or glass bottles.
